Check-In/Check-Out Information for Camp, plus other useful information:
Check-In Location: The Cambridge – 501 University Oaks, College Station, TX 77840
Health Forms: Don’t forget to bring your completed health forms to camp with you. If you registered online, please be sure to print off the health and medical forms which were sent to the email address you provided. If you’ve misplaced the email you can find them under the Documents & Information page or you can download the forms at www.hockeyministries.org/index.php/camps/healthforms
Arrival at Camp: Sunday, July 25th, registration will take place in the lobby of The Cambridge. Please eat BEFORE you arrive, as a formal Sunday evening meal will not be provided. For last names beginning with A-J registration begins at 4:30 p.m,, for K-Z registration begins at 5:30 p.m.

Damages: The parents/guardians of the camper will be expected to pay for any damages to the residential/campus property resulting from the camper's behavior while attending Christian Hockey Camp International.
Departure From Camp: Camp officially ends at the end of the day on Friday, July 30st. In an effort to get everyone home earlier this year, there is no closing ceremony. Campers will be permitted to leave camp from The Cambridge after their last on-ice session, as long as there are no outstanding issues (e.g. damages or unclean rooms) . Parents will sign the counselor's checkout list, retrieve personal belongings from the room, and pick up leftover tuck money and medications from a checkout desk setup in the lobby. Hockey equipment can be picked up at the rink either immediately after the ice session or after checking out of The Cambridge. There will be 4 on-ice groups with the first one ending at 2:00PM and the last one ending at 5:00PM. Check at registration for each group’s finishing time. |
